These terms cover your use of tofuquark (tofuquark.com). By using the site you confirm that you are 20 or older and that you understand the games are for entertainment only.

1. The service

tofuquark offers three free social casino games made by us. The coins shown in them are fictional. They have no cash value and cannot be bought, sold, cashed, transferred or exchanged for money, goods, services or rewards of any kind. tofuquark has no in-app purchases, accepts no payments and does not offer gambling.

2. Who can use it

The site is only for adults aged 20 and over. The games contain simulated gambling content. If you are under 20, you must not use the site.

3. Using the site

Please do not misuse the site, try to disrupt it, copy it at scale or use it for anything unlawful. The games are provided as they are, for casual entertainment.

4. Our games

The games, their artwork, text and code belong to tofuquark. Results are random. They do not predict anything, including results in any real-money gambling.

5. No warranty

We try to keep the site available and accurate, but we cannot promise it will always be online or free of errors. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 where they apply. Because the site is free and nothing is sold, we are otherwise not liable for loss arising from using it, to the extent New Zealand law allows.
