This policy explains how tofuquark handles information. We keep it to the minimum needed to run a small free site, and we follow the information privacy principles in New Zealand's Privacy Act 2020.

What we do not collect

There are no accounts and no payments. We never ask for your name, address, card or bank details, or identity documents. We do not run advertising or analytics trackers and we do not sell or share personal information. Fonts and images are hosted on this site, so pages make no requests to other companies' servers.

What is stored on your device

Two small essential cookies remember that you confirmed your age and closed the cookie message. Your fictional coin balance and break reminder setting are kept in your browser's local storage. None of this identifies you, and none of it is sent to us. The cookie policy lists every item.

If you email us

We use your email address and message only to reply. We keep the conversation while it is useful and delete it after that. We do not add you to any mailing list.

Your rights

You can ask to see or correct any personal information we hold about you by emailing us. You can clear the cookies and local storage at any time in your browser settings. If you are not happy with how we handled a privacy matter, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
